Hotel Accademia is a perfect place for  organizing private business meetings, conferences, job interviews and gatherings of various kinds. We have, in the ground floor, 4 meeting rooms all provided with air conditioning and Internet access. An attentive and well prepared  hotel team is willing to help you with the organization of your corporate event in order to make it successful. Our standard meeting room equipment includes a projection screen, an overhead projector, flip chart, television, VHS and DVD recorder and pc projector. Moreover, the seating arrangement (theater style seating, classroom style seating, “U” shaped table or  round table) is changeable by request and a coffee break or a light lunch can make your event more pleasant. The meeting rooms lend themselves not only to business meetings. As a matter of fact, it is possible to organize buffets for special occasions as graduation ceremonies, birthdays, etc.. that, during the warmer time of the year can take place in our patio, opened from May to September.
